摘要
江西省作为首批三个国家生态文明建设试验区之一,2020年建设生态环境大数据平台,以大数据、云计算、人工智能等创新技术为手段推进生态环境治理体系和治理能力的现代化,支撑打好污染防治攻坚战和生态文明试验区的建设。本文结合江西省生态环境大数据平台建设及使用情况,探讨生态环境大数据平台的建设成效及方向。
As one of the first three national ecological civilization construction pilot zones,Jiangxi Province will build an ecological environment big data platform in 2020,promote the modernization of ecological environment governance system and governance capacity by means of big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other innovative technologies,and support the construction of pollution prevention and control and ecological civilization pilot zones.Based on the construction and use of ecological big data in Jiangxi Province,this paper discusses the effectiveness and direction of the construction of ecological big data platform.
