当前,在污水处理工程施工管理活动中,实现体系化监管、体系化控制,对各类施工问题进行严格把控是必不可少的。施工单位及相关管理部门应当对其中的监理问题、成本问题、进度问题及工期问题进行严格管控,并且做到精细化分析、体系化监管,从而提高项目的整体管理水平。本文对污水处理工程施工管理问题以及管控对策进行了分析与探讨。

At present,in the construction management activities of sewage treatment projects,it is essential to realize systematic supervision and control,and strictly control all kinds of construction problems.Construction units and management departments should strictly control the supervision problems,cost problems,schedule problems and schedule problems,and achieve detailed analysis and systematic supervision,so as to improve the level of project management.This paper analyzes and discusses the construction management problems and control countermeasures of sewage treatment engineering.
