以某公司工业用地为案例,探讨了针对项目土壤污染状况的调查以及检测分析,通过讨论,项目重点针对锅炉房区域、危险化学品仓库区域进行重点布设采样,采样包括地下水以及土壤样。通过检测结果可知,项目土壤样品中重金属、挥发性有机物、石油烃等数据结果均满足土壤质量标准要求;在地下水样中除在废气油罐区加密布设的地下水调查点位(MW1、MW2)出现超标情况外,其余点位均满足地下水质量标准,整体超标范围有限。分析原因为超标点位东侧地下水设施和管路有破损,进而导致石油烃类物质泄漏,从而影响地下水水质。

Taking the industrial land of a certain company as a case,the investigation and detection analysis of the soil pollution status of the project were discussed.Through discussion,the project focused on the boiler room area and the hazardous chemicals warehouse area,and the sampling included groundwater and soil samples.Through sampling and testing results,it can be seen that the project focused on the detection of heavy metals,volatile organic compounds Results such as petroleum hydrocarbons meet the quality standards for soil control;In the underground water sample,except for the underground water survey points(MW1,MW2)that are densely arranged and exceed the standard in the waste gas oil tank area,other points meet the corresponding underground water quality standards,with a limited overall scope of exceeding the standard.Based on the analysis of the reasons,there are underground water facilities and pipelines to the east of the exceeding point,and there is a risk of damage to the relevant facilities and pipelines,leading to the leakage of relevant petroleum hydrocarbons,thereby affecting the underground water quality.
