Problems and Countermeasures for Online Monitoring of Major Pollution Sources in Xinyu

污染源在线监控是控制企业污染物超标排放的重要手段,也在我国环保执法领域中发挥着越来越重要的作用。当前全国各地普遍建立起国、省、市控企业三级污染源在线监控运行管理体系。本文就新余市全市企业污染源在线监控系统的运行管理进行了简要的介绍,重点关注了污染源在线监控在实际应用当中切实存在的一些违规行为以及违规原因,最后提出了合理的解决策略。

Major online monitoring of pollution source is an essential measure of controlling the excess emissions of pollutants,which also plays an more and more important role in the field of environmental law enforcement in our country.At present,a three-level online monitoring operation management system for pollution sources of national,provincial and city controlled enterprises has been established in our country.This paper briefly introduces the pollution source online monitoring system of Xinyu city,at the same time,focuses on the actual violations of the pollution source online monitoring in practical applications,and the causes of the violations,and finally puts forward a reasonable solution strategy.
