Taking Yongchun County,a representative county,as an example,this article provides a detailed introduction to the specific methods of implementing garbage classification based on the principle of“demonstration leading and steady progress”,as well as the common difficulties and pain points in implementing garbage classification in the county.Then,it systematically proposes countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects:unified principles,guarantee mechanisms,steady progress,good checkpoints,and linkage mechanisms.
