温州市温瑞塘河流域水质提升对策研究

Research on Water Quality Improvement Countermeasures in Wenruitang River Basin of Wenzhou City

本文简要介绍了温州市温瑞塘河流域的地理位置、气候条件及水系分布等概况,并深入讨论了温瑞塘河流域水质提升存在的短板。针对当前存在的问题,本文提出了强化城乡污水配套管网建设、进一步完善农村生活污水处理设施、加强农业面源污染控制、持续开展内源治理和入河排污口整治等水质提升对策。

The geographical location,climatic conditions and water system distribution of Wenruitang River basin in Wenzhou City were introduced,and the shortcomings of water quality improvement in Wenruitang River basin were discussed in depth.In view of the current problems,some countermeasures for water quality improvement,such as strengthening the construction and upgrading of supporting urban and rural sewage pipeline networks,improving rural domestic sewage treatment facilities,strengthening non-point source pollution control in planting,continuing to carry out internal source control,and continuous improvement of sewage outfalls into rivers,are put forward.
