重大公共卫生事件的发生可以改变城市的现状,促使人们重新思考城市运作、开展日常活动和提供服务的方式。重大公共卫生事件的发生在很大程度上改变了城市居民正常的生活轨迹,改变了城市的产业结构和研创重点。在这种情况下,智慧城市如何才能不受重大公共卫生事件的影响是本文研究的初衷。文章通过论证智能城市如何改变它们的优先事项,以及如何更专注于建设智能医疗保健设施,探讨了重大卫生事件对智慧城市运营和发展的影响,以及衡量这种影响的方式,此外,本文强调了智慧城市蓬勃发展和运营在重大卫生事件发生后的时代意义。研究发现,智慧城市的发展虽然在重大公共卫生事件发生期间出现了短暂的障碍,但智慧城市终将打赢公共卫生防疫战,从而更加灵活地应对有可能发生在未来的重大公共卫生事件。

The occurrence of major public health events can transform the current situation of a city and force people to rethink the way it functions,conducts its daily activities and delivers services.The occurrence of major public health events has changed the normal life trajectory of urban residents to a large extent,and changed the industrial structure and research and innovation focus of the city.In this case,the original intention of this study is how smart cities can not be affected by major public health events.By demonstrating how smart cities can change their priorities,and how to focus more on building smart healthcare facilities,this paper discusses the impact of major health events on the operation and development of smart cities,and the way to measure the impact.In addition,this paper emphasizes the era significance of the vigorous development and operation of smart cities after major health events.The study found that although the development of smart cities has experienced temporary obstacles during major public health events,smart cities will eventually win the public health epidemic prevention war,so as to respond more flexibly to major public health events that may occur in the future.
