Exploration of Urban Renewal Path under the Background of New Era

在进入存量时代的背景下,城市更新问题是多元、复杂且精细的,不同城市、甚至同一城市的不同区域,其老旧小区、街道空间、工业遗存和历史文化街区等不同功能的物质空间载体,均有大不相同的城市问题。新时期城市更新工作如何开展,是社会各界关注的焦点,鉴于此,文章对新时代背景下,我国城市更新现存的系统化城市更新治理体系、多元化城市更新主体机制、更新资金的注入等问题以及解决问题的路径展开系统分析。

In the context of entering the stock era,urban renewal issues are diverse,complex and delicate.Different cities,even different regions of the same city,have very different urban problems in their old neighborhoods,street spaces,industrial relics and historical and cultural blocks,and other physical space carriers with different functions.How to carry out the urban renewal work in the new era is the focus of attention from all walks of life.In view of this,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the existing systematic urban renewal governance system,the main mechanism of diversified urban renewal,the injection of renewal funds and other problems and ways to solve them under the background of the new era in China.
