基于BIM的大型枢纽机场复杂工程工期控制研究

摘要 智能建造及建筑工业化协同发展既给项目管理带来了新的机遇又提出了更高的要求。文章立足于智能建造相关技术,将BIM和进度总控技术耦合,通过群塔系统解决无人机禁飞问题,进行实景模型创建;将施工深化BIM模型和进度计划叠合成4D-BIM进度模型;将通过群塔装置采集的实景模型与4D-进度模型在同一的协同环境下叠合,能够实现进行实景模型与进度模型的可视化比对分析,形成一种计划管理和工期控制的新型范式,为大型枢纽建设项目特别是禁飞区的改扩建工程提供了借鉴和参考。 The coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization not only brings new opportunities but also presents higher demands for project management.Based on the technology of intelligent construction,the paper combines BIM and schedule control technology,solves the problem of no-fly UAV through group tower system,and constructs the real scene model;a 4D-BIM progress model is built through superimposing the construction deepening BIM model and progress plan;the real scene models collected through the group tower device and the 4D-schedule model are superimposed in the same collaborative environment,which can realize the visualized and comparative analysis between the real scene model and the schedule model,and form a new paradigm of plan management and progress control.It provides a reference for large hub construction projects,especially the reconstruction and expansion projects of no-fly zones.
