摘要
为分析顶管施工综合管廊下穿重要建筑物对周边土体的影响,文章以北京市某综合管廊下穿市政道路和管线为工程背景,结合工程设计方案、地质情况以及现场实际施工要求,对地下管线、周围土体以及周围建(构)筑物的沉降变形进行系统监测,监测结果表明,地下管线以及市政道路在施工期间变形和位移均满足设计和标准要求,给出了顶管施工过程引起周围土体的变形规律。本工程案例可为类似工程提供参考。
In order to analyze the impact of pipe jacking construction comprehensive pipe gallery under the important buildings on the surrounding soil,taking the municipal road and pipeline under a comprehensive pipeline corridor in Beijing as the engineering background,the paper systematically monitors the settlement and deformation of underground pipeline,surrounding soil and surrounding buildings(structures)according to the engineering design scheme,geological conditions and actual construction requirements.The monitoring results show that the deformation and displacement of underground pipelines and municipal roads during construction meet the requirements of design and standards,and the deformation rules of surrounding soil caused by pipe jacking construction are given.This project case can provide reference for similar projects.
