Application of Smart Technology in Urban Planning——A Case Study of Municipal Facility Management

市政设施通常涵盖道路、桥梁和路灯等基本内容,其作为智慧城市建设管理的核心要素,在城市管理工作中占据至关重要的地位,现如今部分区域运用创新型技术方法提高市政设施管理水平还存在一定的发展空间。基于此,文章主要针对智慧化在市政设施管理中的应用问题,如市政设施管理智慧化的基本模式,对区域网格划分、技术设备配置、设施管理监督提出了数字化信息管理的分析和探讨。

In general,municipal facilities usually cover roads,bridges,street lamps and other basic contents.As the core element of smart city construction and management,they occupy a vital position in urban management.Nowadays,there is still some room for development in some areas to improve the management level of municipal facilities by using innovative technologies.Based on this,this paper mainly focuses on the application of intelligence in municipal facility management,such as the basic mode of intelligent municipal facility management,and puts forward the analysis and discussion of digital information management for regional grid division,technical equipment configuration,and facility management supervision.
