海外工程项目全生命周期信息共享机制研究——以新疆交通建设集团股份有限公司为例

Research on the Information Sharing Mechanism of the Whole Life Cycle of Overseas Engineering Projects——Take Xinjiang Communications Construction Group Co.,Ltd.as an Example

随着全球化进程的不断推进,海外工程项目的发展步伐越来越快,在其迎来大好机遇的同时,也面临着诸多挑战。为此,在信息化时代背景下,海外工程项目对信息共享提出了迫切需求,结合大数据的作用实现各主体信息共享,以推动海外工程项目各个环节衔接化,提高海外工程项目建设质量显得尤为重要,即基于海外工程全生命周期建设信息共享机制成为一项关键性的工作。基于此,以新疆交通建设集团股份有限公司参与的海外工程项目为例,对其全寿命周期信息共享现状和影响因素进行深入分析,对症下药,有针对性地提出海外工程项目全生命周期信息共享机制的优化举措,旨在为海外工程项目的可持续推进奠定坚实基础。

With the continuous progress of globalization,overseas engineering projects are developing faster and faster.While they are facing great opportunities,they are also facing many challenges.Therefore,in the context of the information era,overseas engineering projects have put forward an urgent need for information sharing.Combining the role of big data,it is particularly important to realize information sharing among all entities,so as to promote the convergence of all links of overseas engineering projects,and improve the quality of overseas engineering project construction.That is,building information sharing mechanism based on the whole life cycle of overseas engineering has become a key work.Based on this,this paper takes the overseas engineering project participated by Xinjiang Communications Construction Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,first analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of its life-cycle information sharing,and then puts forward the optimization measures of the life-cycle information sharing mechanism of overseas engineering projects,aiming at laying a solid foundation for the sustainable promotion of overseas engineering projects.
