摘要
为解决兵棋推演游戏属性在军事训练中的弊端,借鉴企业管理与工程管理中应用广泛的两种分析方法,构建SWOTPDCA推演笔记,并通过训练实例进行过程和效果分析,切实论证了其推广应用的价值。
In order to solve the drawbacks of game attributes in wargame military training,drawing on two analytical methods in enterprise management and engineering management,construct SWOT-PDCA deduction notes,and analyze the process and effect analysis of training examples,the value of its promotion and application is demonstrated.
