The article analyzes the importance and significance of current intellectual property education,investigates and studies the current situation of intellectual property education in domestic higher vocational colleges,proposes and innovates the intellectual property education mode of"advanced training and classified teaching"in view of the problems existing in intellectual property education in higher vocational colleges,and provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for intellectual property education in higher vocational colleges.
