新能源汽车铝合金轻量化及其连接技术发展现状 被引量:6

摘要 随着我国“碳达峰、碳中和”战略的提出,汽车作为交通工具中最主要的碳排放来源,实现汽车全生命周期的低碳发展越来越迫切。新能源汽车轻量化发展能有效降低能源消耗,助力“双碳”目标的实现。该文综述新能源汽车铝合金轻量化的优势及铝合金在新能源汽车轻量化的应用现状,并根据铝合金与同种材质和异种材质的连接特点,分别阐述铝合金的热连接技术和冷连接技术的工艺特点及相应的应用场合,为日后新能源汽车铝合金轻量化发展提供借鉴与参考。 With the proposal of the strategy of"carbon peak and carbon neutralization"in China,as the most important source of carbon emissions in vehicles,it is more and more urgent to achieve low-carbon development in the whole life cycle of vehicles.The lightweight development of new energy vehicles can effectively reduce energy consumption and help to achieve the goal of"double carbon".This paper summarizes the advantages of aluminum alloy lightweight of new energy vehicles and the application status of aluminum alloy in new energy vehicles,and according to the connection characteristics of aluminum alloy with the same material and different materials,the process characteristics and corresponding applications of hot bonding technology and cold bonding technology of aluminum alloy are described respectively,so as to provide reference for the lightweight development of aluminum alloy for new energy vehicles in the future.
