基于旧家具回收利用的木作工坊创新设计研究

RESEARCH ON INNOVATIVE DESIGN OF WOOD WORKSHOP BASED ON OLD FURNITURE RECYCLING

在我国“双碳目标”的背景下,为促进旧家具资源高效回收利用,延长旧家具生命周期,设计一种将旧家具回收与传统木作工坊相结合的新型木作工坊。针对目标消费群体展开调研,证明木作工坊的运行模式具有可行性。提出新型木作工坊的“回收旧家具→筛选、分类→拆解、修整→清洁消毒→再利用”五段式的运营流程,并结合可利用资源和市场需求设计出木作工坊的七种产品服务类型,探讨木作工坊应具备的软硬件条件。为新型木作工坊发展奠定理论基础,为我国旧家具回收利用开拓新思路。

Under the background of China's Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,in order to promote the efficient recycling of old furniture resources and extend the life cycle of old furniture,a new type of wood workshop is designed that combines the recycling of old furniture with traditional wood workshops.A survey was carried out on the target consumer groups to prove the feasibility of the operation mode of the wood workshop.Put forward the five stage operation process of the new wood workshop:"recycling old furniture→screening,classification→disassembling,finishing→cleaning and disinfection→reuse",and design seven product service types of the wood workshop in combination with available resources and market demand,and discuss the software and hardware conditions that the wood workshop should have.It lays a theoretical foundation for the development of new wood workshops and opens up new ideas for the recycling of old furniture in China.
