摘要 为克服露天采场汽车运输驾驶员连续作业时间长、工作环境差、安全风险大的问题,和尚桥采场基于无人驾驶理念和5G网络技术,建设云端智能调度平台、矿车无人驾驶系统、协同装卸作业系统、应急接管系统、车路协同感知系统。初步实现了和尚桥铁矿矿用汽车无人自动作业,有效保障了作业安全和效率。矿用汽车无人驾驶技术的实践为传统露天矿山转型升级、提高运输作业效率奠定技术基础。 In order to overcome the problems of long continuous operation time,poor working environment and high safety risk of automobile transport drivers in open-pit mines,based on the concept of unmanned driving and 5G network technology,Heshangqiao Mine builds a cloud intelligent dispatching platform,a mine car unmanned driving system,a collaborative loading and unloading operation system,an emergency takeover system,and a vehicle-road collaborative sensing system.The unmanned automatic operation of mine truck in Heshangqiao Iron Mine was preliminarily realized,which effectively guaranteed the safety and efficiency of operation.The practice of unmanned driving technology for mine truck lays a technical foundation for the transformation and upgrading of traditional open-pit mines and the improvement of transportation efficiency.
