摘要 某铅锌多金属矿转入深部开采后,多级机站通风系统无法满足新的通风要求,导致井下风量不足、污风内循环。通过测定原系统实际通风数据,使用Ventsim三维仿真模拟软件建立矿井通风系统模型,在进行网络解算和分析后,提出了单翼对角式通风优化方案,然后由3DVent通风仿真模拟软件对优化方案进行详细设计与解算。通过充分利用2种通风软件的优势功能进行通风系统的优化设计,新系统风流方向正常,风速、风量合格,通风效果良好,有效解决了原通风系统存在的问题。 After a lead-zinc polymetallic mine is transferred to deep mining,the multi-stage station ventilation system cannot meet the new ventilation requirements,resulting in insufficient underground air volume and internal circulation of dirty air.By measuring the actual ventilation data of the original system,the Ventsim three-dimensional simulation software is used to establish the mine ventilation system model.After the network calculation and analysis,the single-wing diagonal ventilation optimization scheme is proposed,and then the optimization scheme is designed and solved in detail by 3DVent ventilation simulation software.By making full use of the advantages of the two ventilation software functions,the ventilation system is optimized.The new system has normal air flow direction,qualified wind speed and air volume,good ventilation effect,and effectively solves the problems existing in the original ventilation system.
