异相电芬顿技术降解亚甲基蓝模拟废水的研究

摘要 为了了解影响亚甲基蓝模拟废水降解的因素,研究了异相电芬顿体系的pH值、电解电流、曝气量、电解质Na_(2)SO_(4)浓度、催化剂P1投加量以及亚甲基蓝初始浓度对亚甲基蓝模拟废水降解的影响,并在最佳试验参数条件下对模拟废水中亚甲基蓝的矿化效果及其对实际印染废水处理的效果进行了研究。结果表明:对浓度为50 mg/L的亚甲基蓝模拟废水降解的最佳条件为pH=3、通氧量0.3 L/min、电流0.6 A、电解质浓度0.1 mol/L、催化剂P1投加量50 mg/L,反应时间60 min;反应初期亚甲基蓝去除率和矿化率快速增长,后期趋于平缓,反应60 min时的亚甲基蓝去除率达99.89%、矿化率为62.70%;在最佳运行条件下,催化剂P1对实际印染废水有良好的处理效果,反应60 min的色度去除率达84.48%、COD去除率为39.41%。 In order to understand the factors affecting the degradation of methylene blue simulated wastewater,the effects of pH,electrolytic current,aeration capacity,electrolyte Na_(2)SO_(4) concentration,catalyst P1 dosage and initial concentration of methylene blue in heterogeneous electrofenton system on the degradation of methylene blue simulated wastewater were studied,and the mineralization effect of methylene blue in simulated wastewater and its effect on the actual printing and dyeing wastewater treatment were studied under the optimal test parameters.The results showed that the optimal conditions for simulated wastewater degradation of methylene blue with a concentration of 50 mg/L were pH=3,oxygen flux of 0.3 L/min,current of 0.6 A,electrolyte concentration of 0.1 mol/L,catalyst P1 dosage of 50 mg/L,and reaction time of 60 min.The removal rate and mineralization rate of methylene blue grew rapidly in the early stage of the reaction,and flattened out in the later stage.The removal rate of methylene blue reached 99.89%and the mineralization rate was 62.70% at 60 min.Under the best operating conditions,catalyst P1 had a good treatment effect on the actual printing and dyeing wastewater,and the color removal rate of 60 min was 84.48% and the COD removal rate was 39.41%.
