摘要
为论证承德某磁铁矿选矿厂的铁尾矿砂用作建筑砂的可行性,对现场不同作业尾矿砂开展了粒度组成合规性论证,并对可望用作建筑砂的尾矿砂进行了混凝土性能试验。结果表明,尾矿砂细度提高,混凝土的工作性能和抗压强度呈增强的趋势;铁尾矿砂配置的混凝土工作性能好,耐久性能好,且可以配置出强度等级C35以上的混凝土,能够实现尾矿资源化利用;基于不同选矿阶段的尾矿砂颗粒级配和细度不同,建议生产中结合选别工艺要求和建筑砂粒度要求,合理调整工艺参数,最大限度地提高尾矿利用率。
In order to demonstrate the feasibility of using iron tailings sand from a magnetite concentrator in Chengde as building sand,the compliance demonstration of particle size composition of tailings sand in different operations was carried out,and the concrete performance test of tailings sand used as building sand was carried out.The results showed that with the increase of the fineness of tailings sand,the working performance and compressive strength of concrete were enhanced.The concrete configured with iron tailings sand had a good working performance and a good durability,and concrete with strength grade above C35 could be configured,which could realize the resource utilization of tailings.The particle gradation and fineness of tailings sand were different based on different mineral dressing stages.It is suggested that the process parameters should be adjusted reasonably according to the requirements of separation process and building sand particle size in production,so as to maximize the utilization rate of tailings.
