Technical Transformation of Coal Quality Optimization in Yangquan Minmetals Coal Preparation Plant

为了提升阳泉五矿选煤厂的洗选效果,以便满足客户对精煤质量的要求,分析了现场精煤水分和灰分超标的原因,有针对性地进行了现场离心机、精煤筛的改造,即通过对原煤筛改造、破碎机改造、压滤机改造、精煤筛改造、离心脱水机改造及管理工作优化,减少了因原煤煤质变化导致的精煤质量不达标现象,同时建议现场引进自动化程度高的设备,及时对工艺技术参数进行调整,使精煤的水分和灰分更加稳定、可靠。

In order to improve the washing effect of Yangquan No.5 Coal Preparation Plant and meet the customers'requirements for the quality of clean coal,the causes of excessive moisture and ash content of clean coal on site were analyzed,and the on-site centrifuge and clean coal screen were targeted,that is,through the transformation of raw coal screen,crusher,filter press,clean coal screen,centrifugal dehydrator and management work,it reduces the phenomenon that the quality of clean coal is not up to standard due to the change of raw coal quality.At the same time,it is recommended to introduce advanced equipment with high degree of automation on site to realize timely adjustment of process technical parameters,which make the moisture and ash content of clean coal more stable and reliable.
