某矿综放开采回采巷道切顶护巷技术研究

摘要 回采巷道切顶护巷技术是一种有效的煤矿安全保障措施,具有重要的实践意义和研究价值。为了解综放工作面回采与放煤对巷道围岩变形的影响,提出综放开采回采巷道切顶护巷技术,分析综放开采切顶卸压技术工艺特点。通过工程实例,对比分析切顶前后回采巷道围岩变形量,顶底板和两帮移近分别减少了90.8%和90%,验证切顶护巷技术的可行性。最后得出切顶护巷在安全性,经济性以及环境保护方面的诸多优势,为切顶护巷工程实践提供理论指导。 The technology of roof cutting and roadway protecting of mining roadway is an effective safety measure of coal mine,which has important practical significance and research value.In order to understand the influence of fully-mechanized caving face mining and caving on the deformation of roadway surrounding rock,the technology of roof cutting and roadway protection in fully-mechanized caving mining,and the technical characteristics of roof cutting and pressure relie in fully mechanized caving mining are analyzed.Through engineering examples,the deformation of surrounding rock of mining roadway before and after the roof cutting is compared and analyzed,and the top,bottom and two sides are reduced by 90.8%and 90%respectively,which verifies the feasibility of the roof cutting and the roadway protecting.Finally,the advantages of roof cutting and roadway protecting in safety,economy and environmental protection are obtained,which provides theoretical guidance for cutting top protection engineering practice.
