摘要
目的:研究《食医心鉴》饮食养生特点。方法:收集《食医心鉴》内服方剂,对方剂组成中食物及药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:收集到《食医心鉴》内服方剂206首。方剂使用食物及药物157种,总频次558次。其中使用食物91种,占总频次的79.93%;药物使用66种,占总频次的20.07%。食物可分为调味品、五谷类、五畜类、五菜类及五果类。五谷类以粳米使用最多,五畜类以鸡肉使用最多,五菜类最常使用茯苓及冬瓜,五果类以陈皮使用最多,调味品以花椒使用最多。《食医心鉴》常用食药组合有花椒—食盐、花椒—食盐—葱白、葱白—食盐—花椒等。结论:《食医心鉴》饮食养生以食物为主,全面膳食,药物为辅。食物选材以人为本,因地制宜。食药配伍使用,以温养脾胃为主,兼顾补肾以护土。
Objective:To study the dietary regimen characteristics of Shiyi Xinjian.Methods:To Collect the prescriptions of Shiyi Xinjian for oral administration,and to analyze the usage of food and drugs in the prescriptions.Results:Collected 206 oral prescriptions of Shiyi Xinjian.There are 157 kinds of foods and drugs used in prescriptions,with a total frequency of 558,of which 91 kinds of foods are used,accounting for 79.93%of the total frequency;66 kinds of drugs are used,accounting for 20.07%of the total frequency.Food can be divided into condiments,grains,five animals,five vegetables and five fruits.Pepper and salt are more commonly used as condiments;japonica rice is most commonly used in grains;chicken and mutton are more commonly used in five types of animals;poria and winter melon are more commonly used in five types of vegetables;tangerine peel is most commonly used in five fruits.The commonly used food and medicine combinations in the Heart of Food Medicine include pepper-salt,pepper-salt-green onion,white onion-salt-salt and pepper.Conclusion:The diet regimen of Shiyi Xinjian dietary regimen is based on food,comprehensive diet,supplemented by drugs.The selection of food materials is people-oriented,and measures are adapted to local conditions.
