基于数据挖掘探讨《中医方剂大辞典》尿血用药规律

Study on the Law of Medication in Treating Urine Blood in the Great Dictionary of TCM Prescription Based on Data Mining

目的:基于数据挖掘技术分析《中医方剂大辞典》尿血方剂的用药规律。方法:根据标准筛选出《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗尿血的方剂,对其进行方药名称规范,运用Ms Excel 2016进行频数统计,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件、IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0软件等进行关联分析、因子分析、聚类分析等。结果:共收集139首治疗尿血的方剂,涵盖中药140味;其中使用频次≥10次的中药涉及21味,依次为生地黄、甘草、当归、黄芩等。药物应用规律以补虚药、清热药、利水渗湿药为主,药性多寒、温、平,药味多甘、苦、辛,归经分类中,多入肝、心、肺经。选取13味高频药物(使用频次≥15次)进行关联规则分析,得到常用药对6种;因子分析提取出5个公因子,聚类分析得到5类药物组合。结论:《中医方剂大辞典》中尿血的治疗以补血活血、清热凉血、利尿通淋为主。

Objective:Based on the data mining technique,the drug use law of treating urine blood prescription in the Great Dictionary of TCM Prescriptionwere analyzed.Methods:According to the standard,the prescription of treating urine blood in the Dictionary of TCM Prescription was selected,the name of the prescription was standardized,the frequency statistics and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0、IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 of the Ms Excel 2016 were used for correlation analysis,factor analysis and cluster analysis.Results:A total of 139 prescriptions for the treatment of urine blood were collected,covering 140 Chinese medicines,of which 21 were used≥10,followed by Rehmannia glutinosa,Glycyrrhiza,Angelica sinensis,Scutellaria baicalensis,etc.The rules of drug application were mainly tonifying deficiency medicine,clearing heat medicine,water and dampness medicine,and the medicine was more cold,warm and flat,the medicine taste was more sweet,bitter and symplectic,and was classified into liver,heart and lung.13 kinds of high frequency drugs(use frequency≥15)were selected for association rule analysis,6 kinds of commonly used drugs were obtained,5 common factors were extracted by factor analysis,and 5 kinds of drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:The main treatment direction of urine blood in the Dictionary of TCM Prescription is tonifying blood and activating blood,clearing heat and cooling blood,and diuresis.
