当归饮子加味联合依美斯汀滴眼液治疗血虚生风型过敏性结膜炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Danggui Yinzi Modified and Emestine Eye Drops in the Treatment of Anaphylactic Conjunctivitis of Blood Deficiency and Wind Generation Type

目的:探究当归饮子加味联合依美斯汀滴眼液治疗血虚生风型过敏性结膜炎的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2019年12月收治的90例血虚生风型过敏性结膜炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组予依美斯汀滴眼液点眼,观察组予当归饮子加味内服,联合依美斯汀滴眼液治疗,经4个疗程的用药后随访3个月,观察2组的治疗效果及复发率。结果:治疗后2组患者的各项症状(眼痒、异物感、结膜囊分泌物)和体征(结膜充血、结膜水肿、结膜乳头、角膜缘Horner-Trantas结节、角膜上皮病变)评分与治疗前比较均呈下降趋势(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组的症状、体征评分与对照组比较差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为93.18%,明显优于对照组的76.74%(P<0.05),随访中观察组和对照组的复发率分别为13.64%、65.12%,差异明显(P<0.05)。研究中观察组患者无明显不良反应发生。结论:当归饮子加味联合依美斯汀滴眼液治疗血虚生风型过敏性结膜炎疗效显著,且在一定程度上可减少复发,减轻复发后眼部症状体征,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Danggui Yinzi Modified combined with emedastine eye drops on allergic conjunctivitis of Blood Deficiency and Wind Generation Type.Method:90 patients with wind induced allergic conjunctivitis with blood asthenia treated from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with emedastine eye drops,and the observation group was treated with Danggui Yinzi Modified and emedastine eye drops.After 4 courses of treatment,they were followed up for three months to observe the treatment effect and recurrence rate of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of symptoms(itching,foreign body sensation,conjunctival sac secretions)and physical signs(conjunctival congestion,conjunctival edema,conjunctival papilla,limbal Horner-Trantas nodule,corneal epithelial lesion)in 2 groups showed a decreasing trend compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference in the scores of symptoms and physical signs between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 93.18%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(76.74%)(P<0.05).During follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group and the control group was 13.64%and 65.12%,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the observation group.Danggui Yinzi Plus emedastine Eye Drops in the Treatment of Allergic Conjunctivitis of Blood Deficiency and Wind Generation.Conclusion:Danggui Yinzi Modified combined with emedastine eye drops has significant efficacy in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis of Blood Deficiency and Wind Generation Type,and can reduce recurrence to a certain extent,reduce the symptoms and signs of the eye after recurrence,with high safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
