阿尔茨海默病病人的语言障碍及其评估与治疗研究进展

Research progress on language impairment in patients with Alzheimer′s disease and its assessment and treatment

阿尔茨海默病(AD)病人的语言障碍在语音、语义、句法、语用和书写等方面表现出不同程度的损伤。研究多采用命名任务、图片描述任务、探索性分析以及借助计算机辅助平台等手段对AD进行语言障碍评估;在康复治疗方面也进行了各种尝试,并取得一定疗效。然而,目前AD的语言研究多是对各种语言障碍临床表现进行描述,并未深入探讨不同语言障碍表现对应的内在机制;AD的语言评估和康复治疗效果也有待进一步证实。建议今后可结合各种新兴的现代科学技术,对AD群体的语言障碍机制进行挖掘,以做到高效预防、精准治疗。

Through literature review,it was found that the language disorders of patients with Alzheimer′s disease(AD)showed different degrees of impairment in phonetics,semantics,syntax,pragmatics and writing.Naming task,picture description task,exploratory analysis and computer aided platform were used to evaluate the language impairment of AD.Various attempts have also been made in rehabilitation treatment,and certain curative effects have been achieved.However,most of the current language studies in AD describe the clinical manifestations of various language disorders,and do not deeply explore the internal mechanisms corresponding to different language disorders.The effects of language assessment and rehabilitation therapy for AD also need to be further confirmed.It was suggested that in the future,various emerging modern science and technology can be combined to explore the mechanism of language barrier in AD group,so as to achieve efficient prevention and accurate treatment.
