摘要
基于信息物理融合理论,从“对象层-融合层-决策层”三个层级出发,建立燃煤-燃气机组联合调度模型,以发电总成本最小和机组平稳出力为目标,在满足电网安全运行的约束下,求解考虑高比例风光新能源消纳的燃煤-燃气机组联合调度策略,在确保高比例风光新能源消纳的基础上实现对各机组灵活的协同控制。
Based on the theory of cyber-physical fusion,starting from the three levels of"object layer-fusion layer-decision-making layer",a coal-fired units and gas-fired units joint scheduling model is established.With the goal of minimizing the total cost of power generation and stable output of the units,under the constraints of meeting the safe operation of the power grid,the coal-gas unit joint dispatching strategy considering the high proportion of wind and solar new energy consumption was solved,and the flexible collaborative control of each unit was realized on the basis of ensuring the high proportion of wind and solar new energy consumption.
