摘要
随着新型电力系统的构建,园区配电网规划中负荷预测和方案制定所需要考虑的技术因素也有了明显的变化,为此提出了考虑多元负荷需求的饱和负荷预测方法及考虑多元聚合互动的电力平衡方法,进而指导新形势下园区配电网目标网架规划方案编制。以广东省某园区为例,验证了该方法能有效提升目标网架的适应性及经济性。
With the construction of new power system,the technical factors that need to be considered in load forecasting and scheme formulation in the park distribution network planning have also changed significantly.Therefore,a saturation load prediction method considering multiple load demand and a power balance method considering multiple aggregation interaction are proposed,which can guide the preparation of the target grid planning scheme of the distribution network of the park under the new situation.Taking a park in Guangdong province as an example,it is verified that this method can effectively improve the adaptability and economy of the target grid.
