拆装屏蔽门驱动单元检修小车的研制及应用

Development and Application of Maintenance Trolley for Disassembly andAssembly of Shield Door Drive Unit

屏蔽门驱动单元承载181吨屏蔽门,是重水堆的SPV设备。换料期间,屏蔽门打开为装卸料机提供一个移动通道,关闭为装卸料机的日常检修提供屏蔽。针对屏蔽门驱动单元检修耗时长、风险大的难点,研制一种拆装检修小车。经应用实践,检修小车实现了拆装及转运功能,具有结构紧凑、操作方便的优点。

The shielding door drive unit,which carries 181 tons of shielding door,is the SPV equipment of heavy water reactor.During refueling,the shield door opens to provide a moving channel for the loader and closes to provide a shield for the daily maintenance of the loader.Aiming at the difficulty of long maintenance time and high risk of screen door drive unit,a disassembly and maintenance trolley was developed.After application practice,the maintenance trolley realized the functions of disassembly and transfer,and has the advantages of compact structure and convenient operation.
