对轴向双分裂变压器进行低压直流电阻试验的方法

摘要 针对轴向双分裂变压器的两个低压绕组的直流电阻试验,结合双分裂变压器的低压特殊结构特点,通过分析影响直流电阻试验时间长短的因素,提出了一个全新的试验方法。该试验方法不采用增大电流及助磁等复杂接线,而是通过改变试验接线,使两个低压线圈内部电流的流向相反,相应的两个低压线圈的磁路相互抵消,将试验用时由常规的4~5 min降低到10 s,解决了低压线圈测量直流电阻时间长的问题。 In this paper,a low-voltage DC resistance test was carried out on an axial double split transformer.Combined with the special structure characteristics of low voltage of double split transformer,a new test method is proposed by analyzing the factors affecting the length of DC resistance test.This test method did not use complex wiring such as increasing current and magnetism,but changed the test wiring so that the internal current flow of the two low-voltage coils was reversed.The magnetic circuits of the corresponding two low-voltage coils cancel each other,reducing the test time from the conventional 4~5 min to 10 s,which solved the problem of long measurement time of DC resistance of low-voltage coil.
