摘要
针对在继电保护专业设备定检及验收维护工作中,二次电缆绝缘测试工作存在的屏柜多、回路多、测试量大、工作效率低下的情况,对当前厂站电力设备电缆绝缘状态及绝缘电阻测试仪进行分析,研制了智能化水平更高、更适用于继电保护专业工作的新型电力电缆绝缘电阻自动测试辅助工具,实现电力电缆绝缘状态的实时数据分析及可视化,无需人工逐项操作。研究成果应用后,使得二次电缆绝缘测试作业操作简单、数据直观、自动化程度高,提升了现场人员作业效率;通过对比额定参数即可判别电力电缆的绝缘状态,排查风险,从而提升设备的安全稳定性,更好地保障工作人员的人身安全。
In the regular inspection and acceptance maintenance of relay protection professional equipment,there are many screen cabinets,many loops,large test volume,and low work efficiency in the secondary cable insulation test work.The cable insulation status and insulation resistance tester of the current power equipment of the plant are analyzed.A new type of automatic test auxiliary tool for insulation resistance of power cables with higher level of intelligence and more suitable for professional work of relay protection has been developed to realize real-time data analysis and visualization of the insulation status of power cables without manual operation one by one.After the application of the research results,the operation of secondary cable insulation test is simple,the data is intuitive,and the degree of automation is high,which improves the operation efficiency of on-site personnel.
