关于黔北发电厂#2、#4机组并列联合供热运行的探讨

摘要 随着周边用户供热量逐渐增加,单机再热冷段供热负荷最大时瞬时流量已达80 t/h,机组运行中再热器关闭容易超温,低负荷时段再热蒸汽压力偏低,不能满足工业热用户用热需求。结合黔北发电厂供热改造机组设计情况,采用两机并列供热运行方式,可在不增加投资改造前提下尽量满足当前热负荷需求。 With the gradual increase of heating capacity of surrounding users,the instantaneous flow at the maximum heating load of single unit reheat cold section has reached 80 t/h.During unit operation,the reheater is easy to overheat and the reheat steam pressure is low during low load period,which cannot meet the heat demand of industrial heat users.In order to meet the current heat load demand as much as possible without increasing investment and transformation,combined with the design of heating transformation unit in our plant,the parallel heating operation mode of two units is adopted.
