乡村教师污名的内涵、成因及其消解策略 被引量:1

摘要 乡村教师污名是对乡村教师的一种侮辱性、贬低性的标签,它具有贬抑性、复杂性、多样性和含混性等特征。乡村教师污名是他者对乡村教师的刻板化印象、乡村教师在社会中的边缘化遭遇及乡村教师自我性贬损等因素综合作用的结果。消解乡村教师污名应从以下策略入手:加强宣传与教育,破除对乡村教师的刻板化印象;密切与乡村教师的交流互动,克服对乡村教师的偏见;树立平等尊重的理念,排除对乡村教师的歧视和排斥;乡村教师自身应自律自强,避免自我贬损。 The stigma of rural teachers is an insulting and demeaning label given to rural teachers,which is characterized by derogation,complexity,diversity and vagueness.Its formation is the result of a combination of others'stereotypes of rural teachers,the marginalized encounters of rural teachers in society,and the self depreciation of rural teachers.The following strategies should be taken to eliminate the stigma of rural teachers:more publicity and education to break the stereotypical image of rural teachers;closer communication and interaction with rural teachers to overcome prejudice against them;establishing the concept of equal respect to exclude discrimination and exclusion of rural teachers;rural teachers should be self disciplined and self reliant to avoid self depreciation.
