犯罪学教学改革的“实证迷思”及其超越

摘要 当前的犯罪学教学改革方案大都嵌入了“实证”要素,但在实践中这类改革方案的效果却较为一般。“求而不得,更甚求之”的状态便是当前犯罪学教学改革的“实证迷思”。犯罪学教学改革中的实证至上主义、失衡的教学目标和教学改革工作者对“实证”的认知偏差共同造成了“实证迷思”。对此,需要通过重构犯罪学教学改革的实证观、结合学校定位调整教学目标、厘清教学改革方案中“实证”的具体内涵等三条具体路径,去除“实证迷思”所带来的弊端,推进犯罪学的教学改革。 Most of the current criminology teaching reform programs have embedded“empirical”elements,but the effect of such reform programs in practice is relatively modest.The state of“seeking but failing,and seeking even more”is the“positive myth”in the current reform of criminology teaching.The positivism in the reform of criminology teaching,The unbalanced teaching goal and the cognitive deviation of the reform workers towards“positivism”together cause“positivism myth”.In this regard,it is necessary to reconstruct the positive view in the reform of criminology teaching,adjust the teaching objectives in combination with the orientation of the school,clarify the specific connotation of“positive”in the teaching reform plan and other specific three ways,remove the drawbacks brought by“positive myths”,and promote the reform of criminology teaching.
