新型冠状病毒感染恢复期常见症中西医结合管理循证实践指南

Evidence-based practice guidelines on integrated Chinese medicine management of common disorders in convalescence of COVID-19

越来越多的新型冠状病毒感染患者进入恢复期,恢复期常见症状的管理成为日益关注的问题。已发布的新型冠状病毒感染恢复期相关诊疗规范多为专家共识,且尚无中西医结合管理的循证临床实践指南。本指南遵循《世界卫生组织指南制订手册》和《中国制订/修订临床诊疗指南的指导原则(2022版)》,成立指南工作组,通过对新型冠状病毒感染恢复期人群进行问卷调研,确定9个临床问题,在系统全面研究证据梳理基础上,综合考虑证据质量、利弊平衡、患者偏好价值观等因素,通过德尔菲共识法,最终形成新型冠状病毒感染恢复期的33条推荐意见,推荐的干预涉及中医、西医和中西医结合。本指南适用于各级医疗机构、康复机构和广泛的恢复期人群。

As more and more patients enter the convalescent or Long Corona Virus Disease 2019 phase(COV-ID-19),management of symptoms has become a growing concern.The published clinical standards related to the convalescent period of COVID-19 were mainly based on expert consensus,and no evidence-based clinical practice guidelines for the management of integrated Chinese and Western medicine have yet been put for-ward.The guideline we hereby provide has referred to the World Health Organisation Handbook for Guideline Development and Guidelines for the Development/Revision of Clinical Practice Guidelines in China(2022 edition).A guideline working group was established and a questionnaire survey conducted on the convalescent population.9 clinical concerns were identified through the questionnaire survey.Finally,33 recommendations were formed.The quality of evidence,the balance of pros and cons,and the values of patient preferences were also considered.This guideline can be used by relevant people and apply to all levels of medical facilities,rehabilitation facilities and a wide range of people in recovery.
