On the Game between Theoretical Logic and Realistic Logic of the Modernization of Chinese Style Higher Education

中国式现代化蕴含了中国式高等教育现代化的基本内涵。中国式高等教育现代化将引领未来中国高等教育发展方向。中国式高等教育现代化在实践中将遭遇理论逻辑和现实逻辑的博弈,管理主义逻辑盛行、“五唯”难以破除、教师精神追求与物质追求失衡、学生功利取向和学术取向失衡以及内卷化导致创新资源耗损都是博弈的表现。中国式高等教育现代化要完成现实逻辑与理论逻辑的统一,就需要建立中国大学管理模式,建立并实现人文主义管理的主导以及大学德治与法治、学术权利与责任和学术继承与创新的统一。

Chinese path to modernization contains the basic connotation of Chinese style higher education modernization,which will lead the development direction of China’s higher education in the future.In practice,Chinese style higher education modernization will encounter a game between theoretical logic and practical logic.Such things as the prevalence of managerialism logic,the difficulties in breaking the“Five Only”,the imbalance between the spiritual and material pursuit of teachers,the imbalance between the utilitarian and academic orientation of students,and the depletion of innovative resources caused by involution are all manifestations of the game.To achieve the unification of realistic logic and theoretical logic in the modernization of Chinese-style higher education,it is necessary to establish a Chinese university management model,ensure the leading role of humanistic management,and search for the unification of university morality and rule of law,academic rights and responsibilities and academic inheritance and innovation.
