“双高计划”背景下数控技术专业群人才培养模式研究

Research on talent training mode of numerical control technology professional group under the background of "Double high Plan"

“双高计划”为我国高等职业教育的发展指明了方向,高职院校应根据“双高计划”战略下高等职业教育的定位和需求,完成数控技术专业群建设,进行人才培养模式改革。通过课程体系改革,开展校企深度合作,实施“岗、课、赛、证”融通育人等方式,突出课程教学的实践性和针对性,帮助学生提升专业技能,实现“三全育人”。

The"Double High Plan"has pointed out the direction for the development of higher vocational education in China.Vocational colleges should complete the construction of CNC technology professional groups and carry out talent training mode reform based on the positioning and needs of higher vocational education under the"Double High Plan".Through the reform of the curriculum system,deep cooperation will be carried out between schools and enterprises,implement integrated education methods such as"post,course,competition,and certificate",which highlight the practicality and pertinence of curriculum teaching,help students improve their professional skills,and achieve"three comprehensive education".
