电工电子专业培养的是专业知识扎实,能从事电子设备的制造、应用、维护等相关工作的复合型技术人才。现阶段该专业的教学模式存在着重理论轻实践、重结果轻过程等现象,导致人才素质与市场需求脱节,因此进行教学模式的改革势在必行。在新工科背景下,以岗位需求为导向进行课程体系的重构,以互联网多媒体等新技术为元素丰富教学手段,以校企合作为契机完善教学设施配套建设,进一步突出教学的实践性和引导性,深入开展电工电子专业教学模式改革,以全面提升人才的理论知识水平和实践操作能力,满足行业发展需求。

The Electrical and Electronics major cultivates composite technical talents with solid professional knowledge and the ability to engage in the manufacturing,application,maintenance,and other related work of electronic equipment.At present,there is a phenomenon in the teaching mode of this major that emphasizes theory over practice and results over process,which leads to a disconnect between talent quality and market demand.Therefore,it is imperative to reform the teaching mode.In the context of the new engineering discipline,the curriculum system is restructured based on job requirements,with new technologies such as the Internet and multimedia as elements to enrich teaching methods,and school-enterprise cooperation as an opportunity to improve the construction of teaching facilities and support facilities.The practicality and guidance of teaching are further emphasized,and the reform of the teaching mode of the electrical and electrical engineering profession is deeply carried out.This paper is expected to comprehensively improve the theoretical knowledge level and practical operation ability of talents,meeting the development needs of the industry.
