响应曲面法优化分析MBR钨冶炼废水处理过程研究

摘要 钨冶炼废水具有高盐度、低碳氮比等特点,对于生化处理是一个极大的挑战。本研究采用膜生物反应器(MBR)处理5%盐度钨冶炼废水,考察了不同运行条件(HRT、pH和DO)对处理效能的影响,并通过响应面分析法对反应器去除COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N和TN的效果进行优化分析。结果表明,反应器处理效果随HRT的增加而提高;pH对去除COD影响较小,NH_(4)^(+)-N和TN则相反,pH在8左右时,去除效果最优;DO在1 mg/L左右时,系统对污染物去除效能最好。对响应面结果进行实验验证后表明在HRT为21.7 h、pH为7.7~8.0、DO为1 mg/L时,MBR系统在5.0%盐度下对COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N和TN去除率可达91.24%、83.87%和75.26%。 Tungsten smelting wastewater has high salt content and low C/N ratio,making it challenging to treat microbially.In this paper,the membrane bioreactor(MBR)was used to treat 5%salinity tungsten smelting wastewater,and the effect of the system on the treatment efficiency under different operating conditions(HRT,pH and DO)was investigated.Meanwhile,the effect of removing COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN in the reactor was optimized and analyzed by response surface methodology.The results showed that the treatment effect of the reactor increased with the increase of HRT;pH had little effect on the removal of COD,while NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN were the opposite.When pH was 8,the removal effect was optimal;when DO was 1 mg/L,the system had the best removal efficiency for pollutants.After the experimental verification of the response surface results,the results showed that when at HRT=21.7 h,pH=7.7~8.0,DO=1 mg/L,the removal rates of COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN could reach 91.24%,83.87%and 75.26%by MBR system at 5.0%salinity.
