多级AO生物膜反应器处理农村污水的影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 以多级AO生物膜工艺为主体设计了华水罐一体化反应器处理农村生活污水。实验以河南省某高校生活污水为研究对象,对出水COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN进行了测定,考察了混合液回流比、流量分配比和温度对处理效果的影响。结果表明:综合考虑处理效果和运行成本,当混合液回流比为200%,流量分配比为2:1,温度大于15℃时,COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN的去除率分别为84.2%、95%、64%,此时出水COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N均可满足DB 41/1820-2019污水排放一级A标准。华水罐一体化反应器具有结构紧凑、占地面积小、运行管理方便等特点。 Based on the multi-stage AO biofilm process,the integrated reactor-Huashui-pot was designed to treat rural domestic sewage.Taking the domestic sewage from a university in Henan Province as the research object,the effluent COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN were measured,and the effects of the mixed liquid reflux ratio,flow distribution ratio and temperature on the treatment effect were investigated.The results showed that:Considering the treatment effect and operation cost,when the reflux ratio of mixed liquid was 200%,the flow distribution ratio was 2:1 and the temperature was greater than 15℃,the removal rates of COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN were 84.2%,95%and 64%,respectively.The effluent COD and NH_(4)^(+)-N can meet the DB41/1820-2019 sewage discharge grade A standard.The water tank integrated reactor has the characteristics of compact structure,small occupation area and convenient operation and management.
