摘要
根据食品加工类废水为主的市政污水厂进水有机污染物浓度高但易生物降解、氮磷浓度高的特点,同时考虑出水标准严格的情况,设计采用了“预处理+涡凹气浮+改良Bardenpho+磁混凝沉淀+反硝化滤池+次氯酸钠消毒工艺”的工艺方案,工程设计中选用的工艺和设备注重节约能耗和药耗,减少运行成本。详细介绍了处理工艺方案选择、工艺特点和各处理单元的工程设计参数,同时对实际运行情况进行了总结。项目投产后运行稳定良好,出水水质完全达到了地方要求的准Ⅳ类水质标准。
According to the characteristics of high concentration of organic pollutants,easy biodegradation and high concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus in the influent of the sewage plant dominated by food processing wastewater,and considering the strict effluent standard,the process scheme of"pretreatment+vortex concave air flotation+improved bardenpho+magnetic coagulation sedimentation+denitrifying filter+sodium hypochlorite disinfection process"is designed,The process and equipment selected in the engineering design pay attention to saving energy consumption and drug consumption and reducing operation cost.The selection of treatment process scheme,process characteristics and engineering design parameters of each treatment unit are introduced in detail,and the actual operation is summarized.After the project is put into operation,it operates stably and well,and the effluent quality fully meets the quasi class IV water quality standard required by the local government..
