后备母猪与经产母猪肠道菌群结构的差异比较

摘要 为了解后备母猪与经产母猪肠道菌群结构的差异,在某核心育种场随机挑选大白猪后备母猪34头和经产母猪20头,采集粪便并进行扩增子测序分析。结果发现,后备母猪与经产母猪肠道菌群Alpha多样性、Beta多样性以及物种组成均发生了明显变化,后备母猪与经产母猪间显著差异的肠道菌群主要为Christensenellaceae、Ruminococcaceae、Erysipelotrichaceae、Coriobacteriace ae、Lachnospiraceae和Porphyromonadaceae等。 To understand the differences in gut microbes between gilts and sows,34 gilts and 20 sows were randomly selected from a core breeding farm,and their faeces were collected and sequenced for amplicon analysis.The results showed that the alpha diversity,Beta diversity and species composition of the gut microbes of the gilts and sows changed signifiantly,and the composition that difered significanty between the gilts and sows were mainly Christenserellaceae,Ruminococcaceae,Ersipelotrichaceae,Coriobacteriaceae,Erysipelotrichaceae and Coriobacteriaceae.
