摘要
探究血促性素绒促性素对后备母猪发情延迟或乏情的疗效。将试验母猪分为3组,即试验Ⅰ组,乏情后备母猪17头,采用血促性素绒促性素处理;试验Ⅱ组,乏情后备母猪15头,采用PMSG处理;对照组,乏情后备母猪8头,不采用药物处理。结果发现,(1)试验Ⅰ组乏情母猪痊愈率、显效率、有效率分别为41.18%、64.71%和76.47%;试验Ⅱ组乏情母猪痊愈率、显效率、有效率分别为33.33%、53.33%和66.67%;试验Ⅰ组各项指标显著优于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.01),对照组无显著变化;(2)试验Ⅰ组痊愈母猪的配种受胎率、窝均产仔数分别为62.5%和9.60头;试验Ⅱ组痊愈母猪的配种受胎率、窝均产仔数分别为60%和9.33头;试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组无显著差异(P>0.05)。表明血促性素绒促性素对后备母猪发情延迟或乏情疗效显著,PMSG单独使用次之。
To investigate the effects of serum and chorionic gonadotrophins on delayed estrus or anestrus in gilts.The experimental sows were divided into 3 groups,that was the experimental groupⅠ,17 anestrous gilts were treated with serum and chorionic go nadotrophins;the experimental groupⅡ,15 anestrous gilts were treated with PMSG;the control group,8 anestrous gilts were not treat-ed with medicine.The results showed that,①the recovery,marked,and effective rates of anestrous sows in experimental groupⅠwere 41.18%,64.71%,and 76.47%respectively.The recovery,marked and effective rates of experimental groupⅡanestrous sows were 33.33%,53.33%,and 66.67%respectively.The indicators of experimental groupⅠwas significantly better than those of experimental groupⅡ(<0.01),and there was no significant change in the control group.②The mating conception rate and litter average litter size of recovered sows in experimental groupⅠwere 62.5%and 9.60 heads respectively.The conception rate and average litter size of re covered sows in experimental groupⅡwere 60%and 9.33 heads respectively.There was no significant difference between the experi mental groupⅠand the experimental groupⅡ(>0.05).The results showed that blood gonadotropin,chorionic gonadotropin,had a significant effect on delayed estrus or anestrus in gilts,followed by PMSG alone.
