摘要
TAC3基因参与哺乳动物繁殖相关的生命活动。试验以78头初产柯乐猪为材料,通过PCR产物直接测序和序列比对鉴定TAC3基因的遗传变异,分析遗传变异对繁殖性状的影响。结果显示,在柯乐猪TAC3基因第1内含子中检测到1个中度多态位点:g.22329038 T>C,产生3种基因型TT、TC和CC,TC和T分别为优势基因型和优势等位基因,基因型分布未偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡,TT基因型个体的产活仔数显著高于CC基因型(P<0.05),其他指标在不同基因型间差异未能达到显著水平(P>0.05),揭示g.22329038 T>C位点可能是柯乐猪产活仔数的一个重要分子标记。
TAC 3 gene was involved in life activities related to mammalian reproduction.Direct sequencing of PCR products and se quence alignment were implemented to identify the SNP of TAC3 gene intron 1 in 78 Kele pigs and analyzed the influence of SNP locus on reproductive traits.The results showed that a moderately polymorphic site of g.22329038 T>C was detected in intron 1 of the TAC3 gene of Kele pig.TT,TC and CC were generated.TC and T were dominant genotypes and dominant alleles,respectively.The distribu tion of genotypes did not deviate from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.The number of live births of TT genotype individual was significantly higher than that of CC genotype(<0.05).The other indexes were not significantly different among different genotypes(>0.05)。The results suggested that the g.22329038 T>C site may be an important molecular marker for the number of live births in Kele pigs.
