北京出版业新动能指数构建与提升对策研究

Research on the Construction and Improvement Countermeasures of Beijing Publishing Industry's New Kinetic Energy Index

在培育壮大经济发展新动能、加快新旧动能接续转换的政策背景下,北京出版业作为全国文化传播和舆论引导的主阵地,出版新业态、新模式层出不穷,新动能不断凸显。但目前尚缺乏一套完整全面的指数,对北京出版业发展新动能发展情况不能进行科学、全面的反映,难以提出科学有效的对策。基于国家统计局经济发展新动能指数的构建思路和北京出版业经济新动能指标体系的构建依据及数据来源,计算了2015—2020年北京出版业新动能指数,并针对指数所反映的问题提出对策建议,以期促进北京出版业的高质量发展。

Under the policy background of cultivating and strengthening new drivers of economic development and accelerating the continuous transformation of new and old new drivers,new growth drivers of Beijing􀆳s publishing industry are emerging strongly.Beijing's publishing industry,as the main position of national cultural communication and public opinion guidance,has constantly highlighted new drivers of industry.However,there is still a lack of a complete and comprehensive index to scientifically and comprehensively reflect the development of the new kinetic energy for the development of Beijing􀆳s publishing industry,and it is difficult to put forward scientific and effective countermeasures.This paper first describes the construction idea of the new growth drivers index of economic development of the National Bureau of Statistics,and then details the construction basis and data source of the new momentum index system of the publishing industry in Beijing.On this basis,it calculates the new kinetic energy index of the publishing industry in Beijing from 2015 to 2020,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems reflected by the index,with a view to promoting the high-quality development of the publishing industry in Beijing.
