摘要
表面活性剂(S)-聚合物(P)二元复合驱(简称SP)是1种新型的3次采油的技术,它具备了无碱、不结垢、高粘弹性等特点,及良好的增加采收率效果,已在辽河、新疆、胜利等油田开展矿场试验,增油效果明显[1]。石油磺酸盐是1种驱油用表面活性剂,其优点是价格低与原油配伍性好,已成为大庆油田提高原油采收率的主要驱油用剂,由碱(A)-表面活性剂(S)-聚合物(P)组成的三元复合驱(简称ASP)在油田广泛使用,而SP体系尚未普遍应用。文中主要研究评价了大庆炼化石油磺酸盐产品在吉林油田和大庆油田二元无碱体系的应用,并通过室内实验筛选石油磺酸盐与不同表面活剂的复配研究,以达到满足大庆油田的二元无碱驱油体系中表面活性剂的性能需求。
Surfactant(S)-polymer(P)binary compound flooding(SP),a new type of tertiary oil recovery technology,with the characteristics of alkali-free,non-scaling,high viscoelasticity,etc.,and good effect of increasing oil recovery,has been tested in Liaohe,Xinjiang,Shengli oilfields,and got the obvious oil increase effect.Petroleum sulfonate is a kind of surfactant for oil displacement,with the advantages of low price and good compatibility with crude oil,which has become the main oil displacement to enhance crude oil recovery in Daqing oilfield.The ternary compound combination flooding(referred to as ASP)composed of alkali(A)-surfactant(S)-polymer(P)is widely used in oilfields,while the SP system has not yet been widely used.This paper mainly studied and evaluated the application of petroleum sulfonate products of Daqing Refining&Petrochemical Company in the binary alkali-free system of Jilin Oilfield and Daqing Oilfield,and made compound study by screening petroleum sulfonate and different surfactants through laboratory experiments to meet the performance requirements of surfactants in the binary alkali-free flooding system of Daqing Oilfield.
