摘要
介绍了新建6×104m3/h干气制氢装置加氢脱硫工序与中温变换工序落地布置和框架布置2种设备布置方案的比较,变换反应后工艺气含有过量水蒸汽,换热器布置在2层框架中,采用自流配管,避免震动和水击的产生,设备集中布置于框架中,占地小,脱硫工序的阀门需定期操作,较大平台便于操作和检修,便于工人巡检,更为安全和人性化。管道施工时,框架平台更便于安装管道、无损检测、水压及气密,对于催化剂的更换,框架平台有利于机械放置及人员操作及通行。文中从工艺要求、占地、操作、检修、施工及费用等方面对比了设备落地布置与框架布置的优缺点,认为框架布置更符合工艺要求,布置紧凑,操作方便,可广泛应用。
This paper introduced the comparison of the ground layout and frame layout(two equipment layouts)between the hydrodesulfurization process of the newly built 6×104 m3/h dry gas hydrogen production unit and the middle temperature conversion process.After the conversion reaction,the process gas contained excessive water steam.The heat exchanger was arranged in the two-layer frame,and the automatic flow distribution pipe was adopted to avoid the generation of vibration and water shock.The valve of desulfurization process need to be operated regularly.The larger platform was convenient for operation and maintenance,convenient for workers to inspect,and more safe and humanized.During pipeline construction,the frame platform was more convenient for workers to install pipelines,non-destructive testing,water pressure and air tightness.For the replacement of catalysts,the frame platform was conducive to mechanical placement and personnel operation and walking.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of equipment ground layout and frame layout were compared respectively from the aspects of process requirements,occupation,operation,maintenance,construction and cost.It was believed that the frame layout was more in line with the process requirements and had the advantages of compact layout,convenient operation and wide application.
