摘要 结垢是影响烟气轮机长周期运行的关键因素。文中应用的YL33000A型烟气轮机结垢预判方法通过调节烟气轮机入口调节蝶阀开度,观测烟气轮机入口压力、机组发电量及双动滑阀联动判断烟气轮机结垢程度,通过原料性质、催化剂粒度分布和烟气粉尘浓度监测判断烟气轮机结垢过程,通过机组状态监测数据分析判断烟气轮机结垢形貌,为烟气轮机检修提供依据,确保了烟气轮机长周期平稳运行。 Scale is a key factor affecting the periodic operation of flue gas turbine.The scale prediction method of YL33000A flue gas turbine applied in this paper was to determine the scale degree of the flue gas turbine by adjusting the opening of theinlet butterfly valve,observing the inlet pressure,the power generation of the plant and the linkage of the double-acting slide valve,and determine the scale formation process of the flue gas turbine by monitoring the properties of raw materials,the particle size distribution of the catalyst and the concentration of flue gasand dust.The scale morphology of flue gas turbine was determined by analyzing the condition monitoring data,which provided the basis for the maintenance of flue gas turbine and ensured the smooth operation of flue gas turbine.
