显微镜下微创矫正术对斜视患者视觉恢复、正位率及眼表外观的影响

The Effect of Minimally Invasive Correction Surgery under a Microscope on Visual Recovery,Orthosis Rate,and Ocular Surface Appearance in Patients with Strabismus

目的:分析显微镜下微创矫正术对斜视患者视觉恢复、正位率及眼表外观的影响。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年9月于笔者医院接受治疗的斜视患者103例作为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同分为对照组(传统斜视矫正术,n=51)和研究组(显微镜下微创斜视矫正术,n=52)。比较两组临床疗效、视觉恢复情况、术后3 d、1个月正位率及术后眼表外观情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率(96.15%)高于对照组(82.35%)(P<0.05);术后研究组患者视觉恢复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);术后3 d、1个月研究组患者正位率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后均未有结膜切口瘢痕与囊肿,外观恢复显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:斜视患者采取显微镜下微创斜视矫正术,治疗效果确切,更有利于患者的视觉恢复及提高正位率,且对患者眼表外观影响较小,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the impact of minimally invasive correction surgery under a microscope on visual recovery,orthosis rate,and ocular surface appearance in patients with strabismus.Methods 103 patients with strabismus who were treated in the author’s hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and according to difierent surgical methods,they were divided into control group(traditional strabismus correction,n=51)and research group(minimally invasive strabismus correction under microscope,n=52).The clinical efficacy,visual recovery,3 d and 1 month postoperative orthotopic rate and postoperative ocular surface appearance were compared between the two groups.Results The total efiective rate of the study group(96.15%)was higher than that of the control group(82.35%)(P<0.05).After surgery,the visual recovery of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The orthotopic rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 3d and 1 month after operation(P<0.05).There were no conjunctival incision scars and cysts in the study group after operation,and the appearance recovery was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive strabismus correction under the microscope for strabismus patients has an exact efiect,is more conducive to the patient's visual recovery and improves the orthopaedic rate,and has less impact on the appearance of the patient's ocular surface,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
