A型肉毒毒素新型三点注射法治疗中国人群轻度眉间纹并预防眉下垂的效果探讨

Effect of Botulinum Toxin Type A with a Novel 3-point Injection Technique in the Treatment of Mild Glabellar Lines and to Avoid Eyebrow Ptosis in Chinese Population

目的:评价A型肉毒毒素新型三点注射法治疗中国人群轻度眉间纹并预防眉下垂的临床效果。方法:选择2021年1月-2021年5月就诊的86例轻度眉间纹就医者,随机分为A组(传统五点注射法组)和B组(新型三点注射法组)。观察比较两组的操作时间,就医者术中痛觉、治疗效果、眉下垂发生率和就医者满意度。结果:五点注射法的操作时间显著长于三点注射法(P<0.05);五点注射法术中疼痛VAS评分显著高于三点注射法(P<0.05);所有患者至术后90 d随访均未见有眉间纹出现,术后120 d随访时五点注射法有2例出现眉间纹。五点注射法在术后14 d复诊有1例出现抬眉时轻度眉下垂,三点注射法术后均未见眉下垂发生;患者术后满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三点注射法的满意度评分值更高。结论:A型肉毒毒素新型三点注射法治疗中国人群轻度眉间纹疗效确切,患者术中疼痛感低、满意度高,可以有效预防术后眉下垂的发生,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To assess the efiect of botulinum toxin type A with a novel 3-point injection technique in the treatment of mild glabellar lines and to avoid eyebrow ptosis in Chinese population.Methods A total of 86 patients with mild glabellar lines between January 2021 and May 2021 were randomly divided into 2 groups:group A(traditional 5-point injection technique)and group B(novel 3-point injection technique).Operation time,patient pain during operation,treatment outcome,incidence of eyebrow ptosis and patient satisfaction were recorded and assessed.Results The operation time of the 5-point injection technique was significantly longer than that of the 3-point injection technique(P<0.05).The pain VAS score of the 5-point injection technique was significantly higher than that of the 3-point injection technique(P<0.05).There were no glabellar lines in all the 86 patients until the 90-day follow-up,2 cases with glabellar lines in the 120-day follow-up in the 5-point injection group.There was 1 case of mild eyebrow ptosis in the 5-point injection technique group in 14-day follow-up during frontalis contraction,and no eyebrow ptosis occurred in the 3-point injection technique group.There was no statistically significant difierence in postoperative satisfaction among patients(P>0.05),and the satisfaction score of the 3-point injection technique group was higher.Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A with a novel 3-point injection technique for the treatment of mild glabellar lines in Chinese population is efiective,with lower pain during treatment and higher patient satisfaction,and could efiectively prevent the postoperative eyebrow ptosis,and has high clinical value.
